The Southern NH Flag Football League is for all boys and girls ages 5 - 15 (see AGE DIVISIONS for details). We are part of the NFL Flag youth football program which focuses on teaching children the sport of flag football while having fun. All players participating in 10U, 12U, or 15U are expected to attend player evaluations on the scheduled date (see SPRING SCHEDULE or FALL SCHEDULE for details). We do our best to ensure balanced levels of play across the league. Competitive games are far, far more fun for everyone involved. There are no tryouts, and all registered players will either be drafted to a team or assigned to a team, based on the applicable age division.
